                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
                   CHATTANOOGA AND THE NATURE CENTER RELATIVE
                   TO THE CREATION AND MANAGEMENT OF
                   ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AT GREENWAY
                   FARMS FOR THE SCHOOLS AND THE GENERAL
                   PUBLIC.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute an 

       Agreement between the City of Chattanooga and the Nature Center,
       relative to the creation and management of environmental 
education
       programs at Greenway Farms for the schools and the general 
public.
